Our mission at Consumers Debt Relief, Inc. is to provide an honorable way for consumers to become debt free without having to file bankruptcy or getting yet another loan. One of the things that other debt settlement companies are famous for; telling you whatever you want to hear in order for you to sign up. We are and will continue to be straight forward with you at all times. This is the Consumers Debt Relief difference! Our full disclosure policy is set in place for the sole reason of maintaining our integrity with you, the consumer. Debt settlement is not for everyone. For example: If you are a consumer who needs to maintain a perfect credit rating for your job (i.e. top security clearance etc...), then this type of program is not suited for you. Any form of debt relief will affect your credit in one way or another. While debt settlement is not as detrimental as filing bankruptcy, any debt settlement program will temporarily show some delinquencies on your credit file during the term of the program. However, once your program is complete and all of your accounts are settled, your debt to income ratio will dramatically change, therefore, improving that portion of your credit file. What creditors will then see is that you were in a "Temporary Financial Hardship", and you pulled YOURSELF out of it.
We take extreme pride in our qualified, highly trained staff and our ability to handle your creditors for you. We will also teach you how to respond and deal with them as well. We want you to feel 100% confident that when you answer your phone and there's bill collector on the other end you'll know exactly what to say and how to maintain control of the conversation. You're asking yourself: "I thought if I signed up with this program there wouldn't be anymore calls from my creditors." Well, you're partly right. The bottom line (and reality) is that yes, some calls will still come through. But when they do, you'll be ready. No company can 100% guarantee to stop 100% of collection calls, it's simply a lie.
Our Debt Settlement Program for Consumers has been tested, refined, and proven for years. The founders of Consumers Debt Relief, Inc. have extensive backgrounds in credit, collections, and debt settlement. We have streamlined the negotiation process and have become leaders in our industry. We know all sides of the fence, so to speak, and we are confident that you will be pleased with the results.
The Consumers Debt Relief Debt Settlement program will relieve you of the stress resulting from a bad financial situation. We deal with your creditors and you deal with us. Our program is not easy though, it requires some discipline. You will be saving your money for a one lump sum pay-off to your creditors in which we will negotiate for you on your behalf. Once that acceptable settlement is reached, we contact you and you pay off your creditor once and for all. This is a very important key to our program. Notice that YOU pay off your creditor and not us. If we were to hold your funds and pay off your creditor for you, it would show up on your credit report as a "3rd party settlement" which can ruin your long-term credit rating. When you pay your creditors off yourself, it shows a "Settled in Full" status on your credit report. This will show any future lenders that you went through a temporary financial hardship period in your life, but you pulled yourself out and paid your bills. Lenders look upon that very highly as opposed to a 3rd party settlement. Why? The answer is quite simple. A 3rd party settlement is just like a chapter 13 bankruptcy. When someone files for chapter 13 they are appointed someone (a trustee) in which you make a monthly payment to and they pay your creditor for you. This is also what Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) do. We suggest that you call any mortgage broker and ask them what CCCS programs look like on your credit report.
Another key advantage to our debt settlement program is that we have developed a program in which you are in full control of your money at all times. With hundreds of scams and fraudulent companies opening up, taking peoples money, and then going out of business today you can never be too sure of who you're dealing with. Those types of companies are largely those "Non Profit" organizations, or Consumer Credit Counseling companies. (Please read this article posted here: http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/SavingandDebt/P66924.asp) If you know of or have been a victim of such fraud, then we highly recommend that you report them immediately. On our program, our clients open up THEIR OWN new checking or savings account to set aside each monthly deposit for the final payoff to their creditors. The ONLY money that you pay us is for our service fees. We also do not ask you to pay our service fees upfront like other companies. We break up our service fee payments on a monthly or bi-weekly schedule throughout the length of your program. This is done for several reasons. Number one, if we were to take all of our fees from you upfront, this would not help your financial situation at all. Number two; it would increase the length of time it would take you to begin seeing results on our program. The majority of our clients are ready to settle their first account within the first few months of their program.
Imagine the sense of accomplishment you’ll receive when you get yourself out of debt.
